As a second generation electrician, Donald DuBaldo grew up immersed in the electrical industry and brings his 20 plus years of hands on experience to the company. He officially began his career supervised by highly accomplished electricians, where he polished his skills and gained experience in both residential and commercial construction. Don went on to establish D. DuBaldo Electric Co., LLC in his hometown of Manchester, Connecticut and since then has established significant ties to the community. Don’s leadership and management skills are evident in the team of dedicated professionals he has assembled and the reputation this team has for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. His natural multitasking abilities and business sense have helped thrust D. DuBaldo Electric to the top of the electrical contracting industry and the company’s portfolio of successfully completed contracts has grown to include many that exceed $1 million.
Dan Mulligan
General Manager / Safety Coordinator
Dan Mulligan started his electrical career with LaCasse Electric in Willimantic, CT and then honed his experience with several electrical contractors in the state, including Semac Electric, ECI Electric, and DuBaldo Electric. Three years at Glad Manufacturing, a division of the Clorox Company, in Georgia, allowed him to broaden his industrial experience. In 2000, he returned to Connecticut and joined D. DuBaldo Electric Co., LLC. Dan currently serves as General Manager with responsibilities that include project estimating and project management. His considerable expertise and talent has directly contributed to the latest round of company growth and success. He is a licensed E1 Electrician in Connecticut and holds a Journeyman Electrician’s license in Massachusetts.
Paula-Rose Varca
Accounting Manager
The skills in financial and personnel function which Paula-Rose Varca brings to the team at D. DuBaldo Electric Co. have been built over the course of a 20 plus year career which spans time in both small business as well as corporate environments. Most notably, Paula-Rose was responsible for the corporate accounting functions and the administration of employee benefits for a manufacturing facility and the thirteen retail outlets of that manufacturer. In 2001, she joined D. DuBaldo Electric Co., LLC and put these skills to work improving the efficiency of the entire office function. Paula’s talent has been an integral force behind the steady growth of the company. Her duties encompass management of all accounting and human resource functions, including payroll and benefits administration. She has been a Connecticut Notary Public since 2002.
Glenda Reilly
Projects Administrator
In October 2007, Glenda Reilly joined the team at D. DuBaldo Electric Co., bringing with her over 15 years of varied administrative, customer service, and practical management experience. Her current responsibilities include projects administration, executive management support, and accounting functions support.
